It also supports integral wax dipping of steel pins, overall anti-corrosion treatment of reinforcement cages, and other handling tasks of cage frames along the production line.
The plate chain conveyor is a general-purpose equipment widely applied for finished product handling on various slab production lines. Adopting plate chain conveying mode, the machine can realize strap threading and bundling operations during material transportation. The equipment mainly consists of a frame, a conveying chain system and a reduction gearbox. In operation, the sprocket on the reduction gearbox drives the driving shaft and two running chains. Slab products are placed on chain brackets and conveyed stably, enabling continuous material transportation and convenient online bundling processing.
